Our Junior and Advanced Junior classes offer a 55 minute lesson, where our Capital Coaches help your little gymnast develop and build on skills they have learned in life or in previous gymnastics classes. Whether this is your child's first experience in the gym or they have been with us from their earliest days, they will have tons of fun learning and growing with skills that will serve them for years to come!
