Policies
Policies
Registration
& fees *All students must pay a registration of $35.00 at the
time of registration All holidays are built in and no refund will
be given for scheduled closings. Make ups will be scheduled for
unscheduled closings.
Class
Requirements
Arrive
at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class.
Students who arrive late are very disruptive to the class and
miss valuable instruction and warm up necessary for class participation.
No food, drink (water bottles are ok), or gum will be permitted
in the studio. All dancers are required to wear the proper dance
attire and will not be permitted to dance if they are not in uniform.
*Always
use the restroom before class.
Attendance
Students
are expected to attend classes regularly. Good attendance is a
vital part of becoming a well trained dancer. If your child will
need to miss class for and emergency please call the office to
let us know. Students who have a bad attendance record may not
be permitted to perform in the show, due to lack of technique
training.
Dress
Code
Dancers
may wear any type of leotard and tights/socks. Students will not
be permitted to dance if they are not in proper attire– school
clothes, jeans, skirts, etc. are not allowed.
Shoe
Requirements- Revolution Dance Shoes are the required tap
and ballet shoes for class and recital. Dance shoes are ordered
at the time of registration, your child will be fitted during
their first class. (It is not necessary to wear dance shoes to
the first class, bare feet are fine). We offer them at a greatly
reduced price!
Class
Conduct
Dancers
are expected to behave respectfully while at the studio. Disrespectful
behavior will not be tolerated and parents will be called to pick
up.
Discounts
& savings
Receive
a $10.00 discount per month when registering for 2 or more classes!
Currently enrolled gymnastics students receive a 20% discount
off of their dance tuition! Refer a friend who signs up for classes
and your next month will have a $10.00 credit!
CLASS
OBSERVATION
Our
studios have viewing windows, however, windows will be open to
viewing on the last day of each month only!! Please respect this
and allow us to focus on teaching and learning without disruptions
for the rest of the month.
PAYMENTS
Monthly
payments are due by the 10th or a late fee of $10.00 will be incurred
on your account. Lessons will be suspended for accounts 60 past
due.
