Capital's non-competitive program for boys and girls emphasizes strength, flexibility, balance, and skill development.

Gymnastics helps build confidence and self-discipline by exposing participants to challenges that are overcome with continuing effort and the support of our positive, encouraging coaches. We carefully design our curriculum and use innovative teaching methods to promote the development of such characteristics in our gymnasts.
