6 to 11 Year Olds

Capital uses the USA Gymnastics Level curriculum to teach the fundamental gymnastics skills on tumbling, trampoline, bars, beam, and vaulting.  Classes meet for 60 minutes.  Classes are offered Monday through Saturday and, depending on the day and location, classes start at 3:30pm and are offered until 7:30pm.

Our 60 minute classes are $74 a month or $64 if you take advantage of our On Time Discount. To ensure you receive our On Time Discount, we encourage everyone to sign up for our automatic payment option.
