Girls & Boys

1-2 HOURS/DAY.... Upon the recommendation of an instructor, a gymnast may be offered the opportunity to participate in an Invitational Class. Assessment is based on gymnast's strength, flexibility, skill level, and desire. Invitational Classes may include Dynamite Girls and Boys, Hot Shots, Showteam, Advanced Training and Girls' & Boys' Competitive Teams. Classes vary among our three locations.
