The Capital team programs are widely considered to be among the best girls and boys teams in the United States. They have acheived this recognition by consistenly performing well at state, regional and national championships for more than 20 years.  We can think of no  better way to teach boys and girls important life lessons than through the medium of competitive gymnastics and cheerleading.

Our goal is for each girl and boy on our teams to experience success in her/his competition career. We have some of the most experienced coaching staff in the state of Texas and one of the finest training facilities in the world.
